Recipe Of The Day: My first attempt in making Chocolate Doughnut Holes!

What can I say about this recipe? It’s pretty straightforward however, actually making the doughnuts are so tiresome and such a HARDWORK! The easy bit? When you fry them. That’s it! But making the dough, which is by the way so very sticky is so hard. You fry them, wait for them to cool down, put the sweet glaze and you’re done! To be honest, it’s good when you have an extra pair of hands to help you with (Thanks to my partner who helped me fry them!) But I don’t think I’ll be making this any time soon.

Anyway, the tiresome job of making these doughnuts were worth it in the end! They were so delicious, moist and you can’t just stop at one!

Waiting for the glaze to dry ๐Ÿ™‚

My little helper, he tasted it first and gave me a thumbs up! Without him I’d be so tired, numb and grumpy!!
